What ToMotion AI is
ToMotion AI is an AI explainer video generator from Assureme Technologies Private Limited, which its privacy policy places in India. Its home page promises to turn images, documents, ideas and PPTs into animated videos with illustrated scenes, AI narration and motion timed to the voice. The whiteboard look is one of its themes: "Hand Drawn", next to "Bold Marker" and "Chalkboard".
Two details matter if you came looking for a whiteboard video made from a document. First, ToMotion's own guides say the create form does not import PDF files, the attachment control accepts reference images rather than PDF or DOCX, and it does not import PPTX: you copy the text you need and paste it. Second, its whiteboard page is candid that it is not a drawing-path editor, and that a whiteboard look does not guarantee a visible hand drawing every frame.
Neither is a flaw for a general explainer. They are simply the points where AnimatedBoard was built differently, so they are the first things to compare.

The document goes in as a file. Upload a PDF, a .docx or a .doc and choose a length from 1 to 15 minutes. Our AI reads it, skips the index and the bibliography, and writes a narrated script that explains it. You read and edit that script before anything is drawn, and writing it costs no minutes. Scanned PDFs without a text layer can't be read, so the editor tells you instead of guessing.
Your script is the video.
