Three kinds of 'free'
Time-limited trials (VideoScribe, Doodly through Voomly) let you evaluate the full product, but they are not a way to produce a video for free: the downloads carry a watermark or the trial ends before you finish. They suit someone deciding whether to buy, on a deadline.

Free is enough to learn the format, test whether the voice and drawing style fit your channel, produce a short explainer for a small project, or make one Short. Because there is no watermark, whatever you make with the minute is publishable as is: you download the MP4 and upload it yourself.
